Shelf companies are readily available for purchase from IBCs Wholesale. These are companies which have been incorporated by us in the past but have not engaged in any activities since their inception. Generally, aged companies are more valuable than new companies. IBCs Wholesale will require acceptable references and payment before ownership of a Shelf Company can be fully transferred.
Pricing information is available upon application for our shelf companies, and a current listing of available names will also be provided upon request. An existing company name can be changed for a nominal fee. |
